Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the chat interface for the Lumeomodel family — including Solis 1.9 and future models such as Prism and Beacon (the “Service”), provided by Lumeo (“Lumeo,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Authentication is provided by Clerk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service’s limits or security, including its usage quotas.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal personal use, or resell access without permission.
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that infringes the rights of others.

Usage limits

The Service includes a free allowance of 100,000 tokens per user per week. We may change these limits, and may throttle or suspend access that we reasonably believe is abusive or that threatens the stability of the Service.

The model and its output

Solis is an experimental, in-development model. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsensical, and should not be relied upon for factual, legal, medical, financial, or other important decisions. You are responsible for evaluating the output before relying on it. You retain ownership of the content you submit; to the extent output is protectable, we place no ownership claim on the responses you receive.

Service “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumeo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
