This Privacy Policy explains how Lumeo(“Lumeo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our chat interface for the Lumeo model family — including Solis 1.9, and future models such as Prism and Beacon (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk. When you sign up we receive your account identifier and the details you provide to Clerk, such as your email address and name.
• Chat content. The messages you send to Solis and the responses it generates are processed to provide the Service.
• Usage data. We keep a count of the tokens you use each week, tied to your account identifier, in order to enforce usage limits.
• Technical data. Basic request metadata (such as timestamps and error logs) may be processed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate responses — your messages are sent to the Solis inference endpoint so the model can reply.
• To enforce fair-use limits (currently 100,000 tokens per user per week).
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse.

How your chats are handled

Your messages are transmitted to the model to produce a response. We do not sell your chat content, and we do not use it to train third-party models. Solis runs on infrastructure we control.

Third-party services

We rely on Clerkfor authentication and account management. Your use of authentication is also subject to Clerk’s privacy policy. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Weekly usage counts reset on a rolling basis and are kept only to enforce limits. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
